These projects were recorded at my home studio with a Neumann TLM 103 mic. If you can’t afford a mic like this, I would go for the Rode NT1, which I have also used for some projects. Make sure to record in a closet or a small space with lots of blankets/covers/padding to avoid too much reverb and use a “pop filter” on your mic.
